- Delivered either face to face or on-line
- Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and activities.
- We limit numbers to 16 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn
- What will you learn?
Become a mental health champion.
You’ll learn what mental health is and how to challenge stigma. You will gain a basic knowledge of some common mental health issues. Learn how to look after your own mental health and maintain your wellbeing. You will gain confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
