Do you want to grow your awareness around mental health, support your own well-being and that of others? <br><br>If so then this course is for you!<br><br>Through a blended learning and self reflection, you will be able to challenge stigma that surrounds mental health and gain confidence to have conversations about mental health and well-being over 6 modules.<br><br>You will discover a basic understanding of mental health conditions, and look at sensitive topics such as suicide and self-harm. You will also learn about recovery and importantly learn skills to support your own well-being.
